Topics related to women have been very close to my heart since the beginning of my studies. As students, employees or entrepreneurs, as single, independent women, partners, wives, or divorced women; as mothers ‒ we all face many stresses every day.
We tend to think that we are the only ones struggling, but that’s not the case.
We are all in the same boat: we have our own issues and challenges, and we get stronger and wiser going through them.
I know from my own life how important it is to accept, love, respect and take good care of ourselves, because these are the foundations of a contented and fulfilled life.
If we have a good relationship with ourselves and our imperfections, and feel good in our own skin, we are better at all our roles.
We can only give what we have. That’s why I find supporting other women so important.
As a Life & Business Coach, my goal is to empower my clients in finding their true selves, bringing out the best in them, creating a balance and fulfillment in their lives, including self-care.
I also learn a lot and get inspired from the lives of my clients, and I am glad to see how many great women and men there are everywhere.
