I graduated from Law School at the Eötvös Loránd University of Sciences (ELTE) in Budapest, Hungary. After that, I worked in public relations and marketing communications for large international companies including Lufthansa, Mercedes, Avon Cosmetics.

I also had my own PR and communication agency before becoming a coach.

I am an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified Clear Beliefs Coach and hold a Business Coach degree from Pannon University in Hungary.

I started coaching 10 years ago. As a Life & Business Coach, I coach clients individually and as part of a group, and I also offer online workshops.

Some high-performing athletes also come to me for support in their mental preparation which has given me invaluable insight into how the human mind works.

I coach in English, German and Hungarian languages.

I’ve experienced many transitions in my life: changing careers, working in different jobs, performing in various roles and environments, being a stay-at-home mom for a while, and living abroad.

My broad experience in companies of many sizes, including my own, coupled with working my way up from assistant to specialist, then manager and senior manager, allow me to connect with a variety of clients at various points in their careers.

I believe that my insights switching careers from lawyer to PR, Marketing & Communications, before I found my calling as a coach, are also valuable to clients who face career challenges.

I’ve lived in five countries (Hungary, USA, Germany, Italy, Switzerland), and speak 4 languages.

All those changes and challenges have taught me to become more resilient and have given me immense opportunities to learn and grow.

Due to my personal experiences, I am capable to support my coaching clients as they embark on their own exciting growth journeys and transitions.
